The work was delivered within a live site with ongoing operations around the work site, requiring careful planning of works to ensure safety, project progress, and coordination. Right Hire worked very closely and proactively with Marae leadership and a large number of stakeholders to minimise impact of the construction works on nearby residents and affected stakeholders, and to ensure the highest levels of worker and public safety.
